Meet the Founder
My name is Annie Kibler. I am a West Michigan native. After graduating with a BA in Business & HR, I moved to South Carolina for a recruiting position. After living there a while, I recognized my heart was back in Michigan.
I LOVE Grand Rapids and am proud to live here. I have met and worked with many entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses helping managing projects, doing the books and handling office administration. I understand what they need to grow, and I'm here to help!

Meet the Team
Erin Jones has an extensive background in digital marketing, business development and sales. She has worked in a number of industries, from traditional marketing at a B2B firm to publishing to a digital marketing agency.
She spends the most time for Oak Tree clients doing social media management, blog writing, digital content planning/creation, website editing/creation, CRM management and digital marketing.
Erin has experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Agile, Infusionsoft, QuickBooks, Ryver, Slack, Trello, WordPress, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp, SquareSpace, Wix, Microsoft suite, Google suite, DropBox, HootSuite, Highrise/Base camp.
Bridgett Klooster holds her Masters degree in Psychology, and has a broad background in project management in both clinical and office settings. She has contributed to research for clinical trials lasting up to 5 years, and has overseen all details to ensure all tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner.
She has proficiency in administrative management and manages several client projects.
Bridgett has experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft suite, Google suite, Mailchimp, DropBox, HootSuite, Loomly, Survey Monkey, SquareSpace, and Wordpress.
Oak Tree has several additional trusted partners for services to scale up for your project. We have successful partnerships with website developers, graphic designers, administrative assistants and more.
